Couscous Feta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat couscous
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 0.5 cup green onion
- 0.5 cup feta
- 0.5 cup Kalamata olives
- some dressing of choice

Instructions
Step 1
Cook whole wheat couscous in vegetable broth.
Step 2
Fluff with fork, then add garbanzo beans, chopped green onion, feta, diced Kalamata olives, and dressing of choice to taste.
